Born in 1991 in Germany.

Lee is a Master student (FAU) and artist from Germany who has found a great passion in working with stone-pigments. She participated in an exchange program at Joshibi University of Art and Design in 2018, where she had the opportunity to research more about stone-pigments and also to learn about traditional Japanese ‘Nihonga’ Painting. It is the combination of traditional Japanese Painting techniques and pigments made from stones collected in different places that has defined her work since Autumn 2018.

2018年9月〜1月：女子美術大学　日本画専攻　交換留学生

ドイツの大学と女子美術大学のスカイプ共同授業に参加してから日本画に興味を持って、2018年に日本で留学しました。女子美術大学で橋本弘安氏の授業を受けてから、天然岩絵の具の勉強をし始めました。今、いろいろな場所から集めた岩から作った絵の具で作品制作をしています。
